By using our website or booking any service with HEAL, you represent that:

HEAL reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for behavior that compromises the safety, comfort, or well-being of other guests or staff.

HEAL provides wellness, recovery, and biohacking services designed to support general well-being. Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

3. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, in person, or by phone. Availability is not guaranteed.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed on our website.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must comply with HEAL’s published cancellation policy. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or loss of session credit.

Membership Billing

Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
It is your responsibility to manage your membership through your HEAL account or by contacting us. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions within an active billing cycle.

4. Gift Cards & Packages

Service packages, bundles, and gift cards:

  • Are non-refundable

  • Are non-transferable unless explicitly stated

  • Must be used within the validity period provided at purchase

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

5. Conduct & Facility Rules

To maintain a safe and respectful environment:

  • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

  • Use equipment and facilities responsibly.

  • Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Shower before using cold plunge tubs (additional cleaning fees may apply).

  • Nudity is permitted inside private sauna and cold plunge rooms only.

HEAL may remove or ban any individual who violates safety or conduct guidelines.

6. Safety & Assumption of Risk

By using HEAL’s services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with wellness therapies, including but not limited to:

  • Heat exposure

  • Cold exposure

  • Physical exertion

  • Light, sound, or vibration therapies

You voluntarily assume all risks and release HEAL from liability for injuries, adverse reactions, or health issues arising from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law.

7. Product Purchases

HEAL may sell wellness products, supplements, bottled water, branded merchandise, and devices. Product availability and pricing may change at any time.

All product sales are final unless defective according to manufacturer policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs—is the property of HEAL or our partners and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written consent.
