PREPARING FOR THE EXPERIENCE
Contrast Therapy is a physical experience. The better you arrive, the deeper the work goes.

Drink water generously before, during, and after. You will sweat heavily in the heat.
Electrolytes are smart before, during, and after your session.
Avoid arriving on a full stomach.
A light meal one to two hours before is ideal — not heavy, not empty.
Swimwear is optional.
Your suite is completely private.
Choose the level of comfort that feels right for you, whether that means a swimsuit, a towel, or no clothing at all.
Ten minutes early gives the nervous system time to settle and your body time to transition out of the day.
Listen to your body. If you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or unwell at any point — exit, hydrate, rest.
Pregnant guests, anyone with cardiovascular conditions, or anyone unsure should consult their provider before booking.
The afterglow lasts. Avoid stacking high-stress commitments immediately after if you can.
Arrive prepared.
Leave reset.
Reserve the ritual.
