HOW LONG IS A CONTRAST THERAPY SESSION?
Sessions are 60 minutes, including on average 2 to 4 full rounds of heat, shower, and cold with recovery time between.
HOW HOT IS THE SAUNA? HOW COLD IS THE PLUNGE?
The infrared sauna runs at a comfortable 150–175 degrees.
The plunge stays at a constant 50 degrees — cold enough to do the work, sustainable enough to do it consistently.
HOW MANY ROUNDS SHOULD I DO?
Most guests do 2 to 4 rounds.
Start with what feels accessible.
The body adapts quickly.
DOES IT HURT?
The cold is intense but brief. The first 15 seconds are the hardest. After that, the nervous system settles and the body remembers it knows how to do this.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME?
Many guests come 2–4 times per week during periods of heavy training, recovery, or stress. Others come weekly for maintenance.
WHO SHOULD CHECK WITH A PROVIDER FIRST?
Anyone pregnant, anyone with cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, or a specific medical concern. When in doubt, ask.
CAN I COMBINE CONTRAST WITH OTHER HEAL SERVICES?
Absolutely. Contrast Therapy pairs exceptionally well with Red Light / PEMF Fusion, HBOC, Tesla Light Therapy, Red Light Vibes, Massage, Reiki, Acupuncture, and HEALab. Many guests use it as a foundational part of a broader recovery, wellness, and longevity routine.
WILL I FEEL DIFFERENT AFTERWARD?
Most guests describe a clarity and calm that lasts hours. Sleep often deepens that night. The body keeps the benefits long after the session ends.
