Arrive with enough time to settle before your session begins. Ten minutes early is ideal.

Wear comfortable clothing and come open to rest, stillness, and a slower pace than your usual day.

HYDRATE

Drink water before and after your session. The body integrates the work more easily when well-hydrated.

ARRIVE WITH OPENNESS

You do not need to believe anything specific for Reiki to support you.

Come curious. Come tired. Come exactly as you are. The session meets you there.

LEAVE TIME AFTER

Many clients feel slow, soft, and a little dreamy after a session.

Avoid stacking high-intensity commitments immediately after if you can.
