PREPARING FOR THE EXPERIENCE

Arrive with enough time to settle before your appointment begins. Ten minutes early is ideal.

Your first session includes a full consultation, so come ready to discuss your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals in detail.

The more clearly the full picture is understood, the more tailored and effective the treatment can be.

HYDRATE & EAT LIGHTLY

Drink water before and after your session.

Avoid arriving on a completely empty stomach. A light meal an hour or two before is ideal.

WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING

Loose, soft clothing is ideal. The practitioner needs easy access to common acupuncture points along the arms and lower legs.

LEAVE TIME AFTER

Most clients feel deeply relaxed after a session. Avoid stacking high-intensity commitments immediately after if you can.
