WHAT CAN ACUPUNCTURE SUPPORT?
Acupuncture can support stress, anxiety, burnout, pain, hormonal imbalances, sleep issues, and overall wellness, with treatment tailored to the client's specific needs and root cause.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FIRST SESSION?
Your first appointment includes a consultation and treatment within the scheduled session time.
The consultation typically takes approximately 20–30 minutes and allows your practitioner to understand your health history, goals, symptoms, and patterns within the body.
Treatment follows during the same appointment.
Because your body is being introduced to acupuncture for the first time, the initial treatment is often slightly shorter and gentler than future sessions, allowing the body to acclimate comfortably to the experience.
Most guests complete both the consultation and treatment within the standard scheduled appointment.
DOES ACUPUNCTURE HURT?
Most clients feel little to no discomfort. Many people find the experience deeply relaxing because the needles are very thin.
ARE THERE TIMES TREATMENT SHOULD BE POSTPONED?
Certain situations, including specific medical concerns or timing relative to other treatments, may require postponing acupuncture. These are reviewed during intake for safety.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME?
It depends on your goals. Many clients come weekly during periods of acute pain or recovery. Others come biweekly or monthly for maintenance. Your practitioner will help you build a cadence that fits.
CAN I COMBINE ACUPUNCTURE WITH OTHER HEAL SERVICES?
Absolutely. Acupuncture pairs exceptionally well with Massage, Reiki, Contrast Therapy, Red Light / PEMF Fusion, HBOC, Tesla Light Therapy, Red Light Vibes, and HEALab. Many guests use it as a foundational part of a broader recovery, wellness, and longevity routine.
IS IT SAFE DURING PREGNANCY OR FOR SPECIFIC MEDICAL CONDITIONS?
Talk to your practitioner before booking. Certain conditions, medications, and stages of pregnancy require specific adjustments or a different approach.
