Body Work Massage

PREPARING FOR THE EXPERIENCE

Arrive with enough time to settle before your session begins. Ten minutes early is ideal.

Wear or bring clothing that allows you to transition comfortably into treatment.

Come ready to communicate any pain points, restrictions, or recovery goals. The more clearly the body's needs are understood, the more precise and effective the session can be.

HYDRATE

Drink water before and after your session. Well-hydrated tissue responds more deeply to therapeutic work.

MOVE BEFOREHAND, OR DON'T

Both work. Some clients prefer to walk in already loose. Others prefer the body to be still and untouched so the work can do the unwinding. Trust what your body wants that day.

COMMUNICATE OPENLY

Pressure, focus areas, problem spots, sensitivities — all of it shapes the session. The more we know, the more tailored the work.

LEAVE TIME AFTER

Massage can leave the body soft, slow, and a little dreamy. Avoid stacking high-intensity commitments immediately after if you can.
