WHAT KIND OF MASSAGE IS THIS?
This is therapeutic bodywork that may include neuromuscular, myofascial, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, and integrated energy-based techniques depending on the session and the practitioner's approach.
HOW DO I CHOOSE BETWEEN 60, 90, AND 120 MINUTES?
The 60-minute session is more focused and maintenance-oriented. The 90-minute session allows fuller therapeutic coverage. The 2-hour session is the most immersive option for deeper restoration and more layered work.
IS THIS MORE THERAPEUTIC OR RELAXING?
Both. The work is results-driven and therapeutic, but paired with restorative, immersive qualities that leave the nervous system noticeably calmer.
WHAT ISSUES CAN MASSAGE SUPPORT?
Massage can support tension, trigger points, mobility restrictions, chronic pain, fascia restrictions, circulation, swelling, recovery, and overall physical restoration.
DO I NEED TO UNDRESS FULLY?
Undress to the level of your comfort. You will be properly draped throughout the session, and only the area being worked on will be exposed.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME?
It depends on your goals. Many clients come weekly or biweekly during periods of stress, recovery, or training. Others come monthly for maintenance. Your practitioner can help you build a cadence that fits.
CAN I COMBINE MASSAGE WITH OTHER HEAL SERVICES?
Absolutely. Massage pairs exceptionally well with Contrast Therapy, Red Light / PEMF Fusion, HBOC, Tesla Light Therapy, Red Light Vibes, Reiki, Acupuncture, and HEALab. Many guests use it as a foundational part of a broader recovery, wellness, and longevity routine.
IS IT SAFE DURING PREGNANCY OR FOR SPECIFIC MEDICAL CONDITIONS?
Talk to your practitioner before booking. Certain conditions, medications, and stages of pregnancy require adjustments or a different approach.
